Jessica Lowndes was born in Canada and is an actress, a singer as well as a songwriter. Her and co-star Chad Michael Murray produced the Lifetime Channel's film, Too Close to Christmas. The actress also appeared on several Hallmark Channel movies and 90210, a teen drama. Lowndes was also the most recently ex-Hallmark Channel worker to sign an agreement in partnership with GAC Family. GAC Family was controlled by Bill Abbott, former executive Crown Media Family Networks who manages Hallmark Channel.
